Delivery Policy

We use major carriers to deliver orders. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Delivery Area

We currently accept orders for delivery to United States addresses.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order successfully, you will receive an email confirmation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change before the order enters processing.

Please check your delivery address, email address and phone number carefully. Incorrect address details may result in delivery delays or additional redirection or reshipment costs.

Handling Time

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days before dispatch. We check and pack items before shipment. For orders containing more than one item, preparation time is based on the item that takes the longest to prepare.

Shipping Time

Estimated transit time is 5–8 business days after dispatch. We ship via carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS. Transit time begins after shipment, rather than on the order date.

Handling and shipping are separate. Total estimated delivery time includes both preparation and transit. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed; public holidays, carrier delays and other disruptions may affect arrival.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping methods and any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. When checkout displays Free shipping for the selected method, no shipping charge applies to that method.

Stock Availability

If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot dispatch within the stated handling time, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped item for a refund. We will not proceed with an additional wait without your agreement.

Delivery Questions

If you have a question during transit or after receiving your order, contact us with your order number. Please also review our Refund & Return Policy.
