Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all included hardware or accessories, and in its original packaging.
• You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Contact us for the return shipping arrangements before sending anything back.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Sale items.
• Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellation

To request a cancellation, contact ngocphuongg3398@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether the order can still be cancelled based on its processing and shipment status. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return request procedure above.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or denied. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

It may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
